Project scope
One coordinated response to a complex brief.
Centralised and split air-conditioning systems, mechanical ventilation for common and service areas, and energy-efficient hot-water systems, such as solar water heating. Electrical works include power distribution, internal and external lighting, backup power solutions (generators/inverters), earthing and lightning protection, as well as low-current systems including CCTV, access control, and structured cabling.
